Career Opportunities

Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and modify PLC programs

  • Design and configure HMI and SCADA systems

  • Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

  • Prepare technical documentation, I/O lists, reports, and project records

  • Support site implementation and client coordination

  • Assist in control system upgrades and machine automation projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering course

  • Knowledge in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems

  • Familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, or similar platforms is an advantage

  • Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

HR Personnel

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance files, and HR documentation

  • Support payroll preparation, leave monitoring, and employee concerns

  • Assist in company policy implementation and employee communications

  • Coordinate training schedules, employment requirements, and administrative HR activities

  • Support compliance with labor-related documentation and company procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course

  • Experience in recruitment, employee records, payroll support, or HR administration is an advantage

  • Knowledge of basic labor compliance and HR documentation is preferred

Accounting Personnel

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, billing documents, and accounting records

  • Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and supplier payment monitoring

  • Support payroll processing, government contributions, tax-related documentation, and financial reporting

  • Monitor expenses, project-related costs, and petty cash transactions

  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, banks, and internal departments for accounting requirements

  • Maintain accurate and updated financial files and supporting documents

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related course

  • Experience in bookkeeping, billing, payroll, taxation, or general accounting is an advantage

  • Knowledge of BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and basic government compliance is preferred

  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting tools

  • Detail-oriented, honest, organized, and able to handle confidential information

Electrical / Automation Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in panel wiring, installation, testing, and commissioning

  • Support troubleshooting of electrical and control systems

  • Conduct cable termination, loop checking, and field device verification

  • Assist engineers during site activities

  • Maintain proper work documentation and follow safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related technical course

  • Knowledge in electrical controls, motor controls, sensors, and wiring diagrams

  • Experience in industrial maintenance or automation projects is an advantage

  • Willing to travel and work on project sites

  • Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn

Control Panel Technician / Fabricator

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and wire control panels based on approved drawings

  • Install electrical components, terminals, relays, breakers, power supplies, PLCs, and panel accessories

  • Conduct continuity checking and basic panel testing

  • Maintain clean and organized panel workmanship

  • Coordinate with engineers for corrections and revisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in control panel fabrication and wiring

  • Ability to read electrical diagrams and panel layouts

  • Knowledge in industrial electrical components is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented and quality-conscious

On-the-Job Training / Internship

We also accept qualified students for internship or on-the-job training related to:

Interns may be exposed to documentation, basic programming, control panel work, testing, and project support activities depending on their course background and capability.
